1/ Place a cuvette with DI water into the cuvette well of the instrument and insert a thermometer.
If the temperature is 38oC (+/- 1) the instrument temperature is correct. You have now performed a series of tests to verify the instrument and heater block are functioning correctly. The next step is to check the substrate, click here to continue.
There is no adjustment possible to the instrument temperature. If the reading is outside this parameter please contact QCL.
