Isolator – Grade A, Class III
A range of Class III cabinets providing the highest level of personnel, product and environment protection against agents assigned to biosafety levels 1, 2, 3 and 4. Frequently used for handling biohazards such as bacteria, viruses and microorganisms. Design, construction and performance is compliant with BS EN 12469:2000. HEPA filters fitted as standard are compliant with EN 1822.
Laminar Flow Cabinet
Specifically designed to be affordable yet to provide particle-free, bacteria-free, clean air conditions to the work area at a quality standard usually only possible in more expensive cabinets. Cabinets operate to comply with the guidelines of ISO 14644 – 1:1999 Class 5 (Fed. Standard 209E:1992 Class 100) and may be positioned on an existing bench or can be supplied as a free standing system on a supporting static stand.
UV PCR Workstation
This cabinet features powerful UV tube lights combined with optical reflectors to ensure uniform intensity distribution of the UV radiation throughout the cabinet. Downflow clean air protects against contamination by bathing the PCR apparatus in sterile air and limiting risk of contamination. A positive pressure ensures that there is no ingress of airborne contaminants from the surrounding laboratory environment.
