High Capacity Automated Wine Analyser
The BioSystems Y200 and Y400 wine analysers are designed for busy wine laboratories
Measure over 25 quality parameters
Analysis of fermenting juice and wine
Reagents with long shelf life
Avoid manual liquid handling
Wine Analysers
The Y200 and Y400 wine analysers are efficient, autonomous and feature high throughput. The systems are fully developed and validated for use in oenological laboratories for analysis of wine and fermenting juice. They produce rapid and accurate results during the wine making process and facilitate quality control of finished products.
Automated Sample Loading
A new segmented rotor has been developed which speeds up sample loading and saves operator time. These analysers optimise reactions with high repeatability and reproducibility plus automated pre and post dilutions for improved accuracy. Reagent management is by by barcode reader and liquid volume detection. whilst an automatic washing station minimizes consumable usage.
Dedicated Reagents
Reagents are adapted and dedicated to the wine analyser, avoiding manual liquid handling. Some methods are included in the compendium of analytical methods of the OIV (international Organization of the Vine and Wine) or have been subjected to comparative studies with the official or conventional methods.
