Simple to Use
The Orion Pro Star range of pH meters utilize comprehensive on-screen guidance for simplified operation, including a setup wizard to navigate key settings and detailed onscreen meter tours to explain calibration, measurement, connection and assembly processes. On-screen step-by-step calibration instructions and troubleshooting are designed to support accurate, reliable and repeatable testing results. Store up to 20 calibration logs per parameter and 10,000 data log sets, all with date and time stamps for GLP compliance, and easily review logs with enhanced onscreen report-formatting. Data can be exported to a printer, computer, or USB flash drive for long term retention. Add an optional USB barcode scanner or USB keyboard for fast sample ID entry or a USB mouse for full touchscreen operation.
Security
Pro Star meters feature an optional secure mode with up to 3 administrator and 30 user accounts, each with separate password logins. User accounts can be customized for access to various meter settings and functions. An audit trail tracks user logins and logouts, helping to prevent accidental changes by inexperienced or unauthorized users. Constructed from durable ABS plastic these meters feature a dust and water-resistant housing (IP-54 rated) for demanding lab conditions. An ergonomic meter design ensures comfortable daily use, and each meter includes a free-standing electrode holder for flexible placement in the laboratory. An enhanced cable management system neatly organizes wires on the electrode holder.

Helpful features, such as a measurement stability indicator and calibration guidance, help ensure accurate and reliable measurements. Should an error occur, the Orion Pro Star is ready to help by providing on-screen troubleshooting assistance.
Functional Features
Built with efficiency and practicality in mind, the Orion Pro Star supports the way you work. A meter-controlled and meter-powered stirrer probe provides uniform sample mixing.¹ For multi-parameter meters, one temperature sensor can be used across multiple channels. When it’s time for routine maintenance, the Orion Pro Star can notify you via a friendly alert. Software updates are seamlessly installed via a USB flash drive, making it easy to keep your meter current with the latest features and advancements.
