CDR BeerLab – Brewfist In-House Quality Control

Brewfist purchased the CDR BeerLab to speed up various analyses that were undertaken in their in-house laboratory, including bitterness, VDKs, FAN and polyphenols. The BeerLab has made a significant contribution in controlling the propagation of yeasts, and controlling parameters when brewing new types of beer and using new types of hops and malts.
