Installation and Training

Your LactoScope 500 will be commissioned by our highly skilled and experienced team and installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards. All our installations include hands-on training to ensure correct operation and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedures and recommendations. Refresher courses are also available to help manage staff turnover.

Technical Support

We provide free telephone support, supplying expert advice on subjects such as analytical procedures, instrument calibration and user maintenance. Out of hours, our on-line videos can also help to get you up and running.

Service Engineers

Our manufacturer trained engineers are distributed around the UK to maintain an average 24 hour response to breakdowns. They carry full sets of spares supplied from our UK warehouse, so no waiting for parts to be delivered.

Service Contracts

A properly maintained analyser is less likely to let you down, so we offer affordable service contracts tailored to your needs to ensure your LactoScope 500 is ready when you need it. For those who prefer not being tied to a contract, on-demand service is also available.
