The Optimisation of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) Analysis in Wine

The CDR WineLab overcomes the constraints of traditional ways of measuring SO2 in wine, such as the Aeration/Oxidation (Rankin/Pocock), Iodometric Titration (Ripper) and Molecular methods. It avoids the disadvantages of bulky lab equipment, unstable reagents and long testing times.

The CDR WineLab analyses samples without pre-treatment, uses centrifugation or filtration to eliminate turbidity and degassing to exclude interference from CO2. It can analyse up to 16 samples simultaneously and results display excellent correlation with OIV reference methods.
