In conjunction with the BioSystems reagents they are fully developed systems validated for use in oenological laboratories for analysis of wine and fermenting juice.
The analyser systems provide rapid and accurate results during the wine making process and facilitate quality control of finished products. Reagents are adapted and dedicated to the analyser, avoiding manual liquid handling. Some methods are included in the compendium of analytical methods of the OIV (international Organization of the Vine and Wine) or have been subjected to comparative studies with the official or conventional methods.
