The CDR BeerLab beer analyser is a fast and reliable analyser used to measure a range of parameters including alcohol percentage (ABV), bitterness (IBU), Diacetyl (VDK’s) colour (EBC) and pH.

Specifically designed to monitor the brewing process the BeerLab ensures product consistency, avoids the use of excess ingredients and optimises the yield from every brew.
