Support and training

Our customers come first. We understand that good customer service is 
not just about the supply of products; aftercare is also of paramount
importance. Through investment in people, training, information
technology and quality procedures, we are continually improving our 
customer services. As a QCL customer, you can benefit from our 
technical support service which is available 365 days a year. 

If you require information on how you can repair a fault on your own 
instrumentation, we can talk you through it. This support service is of 
course, free of charge to our customers on Service Contract. 

Instrument training courses can be provided at either the customer's 
premises, or at the QCL Service Centre in Coalville. The course content 
is usually a combination of maintenance and operational training, which 
incorporates quality aspects, but it can be tailored to meet your specific 
requirements.
