Orion 2395 Phosphate Analyzer

Phosphate is one of the critical measurements used for the control of boiler water in power plants. The addition of phosphate salts to the water is for pH and corrosion control. Monitoring the phosphate dosing levels not only controls pH, but also reduces the costs associated with overdosing.

The Orion 2395 phosphate analyzer uses UV/visible absorption spectroscopy to measure phosphate concentrations using a standard colorimetric method. Continuous measurement of phosphate allows fine control of the water quality in the boiler.

The Orion 2395 phosphate analyzer is capable of determining phosphate levels in the range 0.2ppm to 50ppm and is designed to provide phosphate measurements with high precision and accuracy.

Orion 2120XP Calcium Hardness Monitor

With a detection limit of 25 ppb the 2120XP offers continuous calcium hardness monitoring in a wide variety of samples. Orion 2109XP Fluoride Monitor

The Orion 2109XP fluoride monitor offers accuracy, reliability and ease of-use to best meet the demands for fluoride analysis with complete assurance. It is based on the standard test method for fluoride ion in water (ASTM D 1179-04).

Orion 1803 Steam Sample Conditioner

The Orion 1803 steam sample conditioner sample panel is a pre-piped assembly that includes all the elements necessary to prepare steam and water samples for accurate and safe on-line analysis.

The 1803 steam sample conditioner is designed to take a high pressure steam sample (e.g. the process steam used in power plants, paper mills, oil refineries etc.) and reduce the temperature and pressure down to the levels required by our on-line analysers.
