Our analysers for oils and fats range from portable field units to on-line process systems.

The FoodLab Touch measures free fatty acids (FFA), peroxide value (PV) and p-anisidine value (AnV) in oils and fats producing results compliant with reference methods. It can also be used to monitor shelf life by measuring the degradation of oils and fats contained in finished products.

The OPTIQUAD-EOF is an in-line system suitable for monitoring frying oils in food manufacturing plants and oil process lines.
