Turbotherm Digestion Systems simultaneously digest multiple samples quickly and efficiently. Infrared heaters get the system up to temperature within a couple of minutes removing the need for pre-heating the digestion system. At the end of the digestion the system cools quickly and is safe within a few minutes. Energy efficient heating and insulation ensure heat is generated in the right areas and kept away from the user.
The programmable controller in combination with the fast heat up and cool down make the Turbotherm ideal for difficult materials prone to frothing at the early stages of digestion.
Tubes are held in an enclosed insert rack, which creates a hot- box environment and cooling condensing section for efficient digestion. 100ml, 250ml 400ml and 800ml tubes can all be digested in different multiples within the same Turbotherm base. 100ml tubes can be digested in multiples of 12. 250ml tubes can be digested in multiples of 6 or 12. 400ml and 800ml tubes can be digested in multiples of 4.
All systems are supplied with an exhaust manifold, isoversinic tubing and a water jet pump for fume scrubbing / extraction. If a more vigorous fume scrubbing system is required the Turbosog is available.
