In-line composition analysis
In-line analysers for real-time product analysis are available from QCL. 
In-line analysis provides the optimum control over the process and 
hence on large scale production, translates into greater profits.

Tefwin 
The Tefwin Dairy NIR on-line cell from Q-Interline is designed as a new 
and innovative technique for monitoring a process using NIR. The Tefwin 
can be used for monitoring the production of dairy products and similar
substances. 

The cell is rated IP66 and as the spectrometer can be located remotely, 
it is ideal to be placed in the heart of the process. The light is sent to the 
cell using a 2mm reduced fibre bundle and a very high performance Si 
detector is mounted in the cell. The signal is returned for processing.

The Tefwin cell does not contain any glass parts in contact with process, 
only PTFE windows and SS316 body parts. The cell works with pressures 
up to 12 bar and operating temperatures from 5-60°C (120°C in the 
cleaning process). It is CIP compliant.
