The Fluorophos ALP Test System takes the phosphatase test for 
pasteurisation verification to its highest level by yielding quantitative 
results, eliminating subjective interpretation. 

The Fluorophos ALP Test maximizes production efficiency by serving as 
an early warning system for processing malfunctions, thereby reducing 
routine maintenance. 

By tracking ALP results, it is possible to determine when maintenance is 
necessary and improve the integrity of the processing system. 

The test has been approved by the International Standards Organisation 
(ISO11816-1), IDF, Interstate Milk Shippers and AOAC. It is the 
reference test in the UK.
