The redesigned FTIR spectrometer is based on the patented Wish Bone interferometer. The pre-aligned Wish Bone is the heart of the spectrometer and this brings several advantages including a robust and stable construction and easy calibration transfer- ability, which is supported by absolute wavelength reproducibility.
|With the Cheese option the Delta LactoScope FTIR Advanced can be used to analyse cheese to optimise the production process. The cheese is liquefied with a patented solvent and a specially designed mixer obtains homogenous, stable milk like suspension that is ready for analysis in just 60 seconds. Fat, protein, salt, moisture, and pH can be measured in a wide range of cheeses.
