QCL has always recognised the importance of quality. We gained 
accreditation to BS5750:Part 2:1987 in September 1992, which was 
updated to BS EN ISO9002:1994 in May 1995. Accreditation has been 
achieved for sales, service and manufacturing programmes. In addition 
to formal quality procedures, we regularly carry out customer surveys in 
order to update procedures and services in line with customer requests.

training, information technology, and quality procedures, we are
